The Brief

Following the introduction of two new developments in Brixton – Ivor House and Brook House – Brixton Centric came to us to create a location mood film that would generate interest in the area and showcase the highlights that Brixton has to offer.  As Bear Jam HQ is also in Brixton we were well aware of the vibrant array of bars, restaurants, live music venues, parks and transport links on our doorstep.

With so much going on in Brixton on a daily basis we wanted to capture the feeling and authenticity of what it is like to live in this small yet vibrant pocket of South London.

Using a high end camera and lenses we captured moments of every-day life giving the film a cinematic look and feel to match the exciting tone of the new developments.  The rich culture and vibrant colours of Brixton allowed us to film everything from street art, to food markets to the bustling nightlife.  We used our favourite drone to cleverly illustrate Brixton’s proximity to central London.  Who wouldn’t want to move to this metropolitan melting pot?
