To celebrate National Vegetarian Week, Bear Jam collaborated with This World Can to challenge Masterchef runners-up Billy and Jack to serve up a mouth-watering vegetarian BBQ.
These two self-confessed food-geeks teamed up after the show and now share their unique style of cooking through their popular dinner clubs. Best known for dishes like rum and beetroot cured salmon and Billy’s piggy pie, they shared their culinary expertise and put the meat to one side to throw together a tasty, easy, vegetarian BBQ feast.
We filmed them talking all things veggie whilst cooking up a storm on the BBQ.
